BRAC Bank Limited Senior Manager / Manager - Sales Governance & MIS Job Description / Responsibility Identify and fulfill human resource requirements for distribution network across branches Generate regular and especial MIS for management Produce regular sales effectiveness updates, and provide in-depth analysis and recommendation for improvement Develop and implement sales management module and review need basis Design, implement and update Incentive policy for sales force Arrange and coordinate training for sales staff Prepare comprehensive training plan and module for sales staff Employment Type     Full-time Educational Requirements Minimum graduate from any reputed Universities Relevant appropriate hands on experience in the service driven financial sector with a track record of leading professional sales team Expertise in word processing, spreadsheet and related software Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh Job grade will be determined based on individual experience and performance track record.
