Last Date: 16/01/2016 BRAC Bank Limited Sr. Relationship Officer / Relationship Officer / ARO Job Description / Responsibility    Achieve individual sales targets of asset and liability products Generate revenue streams through the cross-sell of banking services to a high net worth customer base On-board and Source new client referrals from walking, networking and calling programs targeted specifically towards high net-worth customers Build productive relationships with referral sources, within the branch network, instilling a sense of teamwork and pro-activity with client referral Ensure all client contact and communication, both internal and external, is carried out professionally and adhering to Bank guidelines Assist and support the team with the delivery of branch sales and service goals Ownership and accountability for a portfolio of clients Champion the customer experience ensuring the delivery of quality solutions to customers and responding to their needs – placing the customer at the heart of what we do Act in accordance with all regulatory, compliance and KYC policies (both internal and external) and communicate to clients as appropriate Employment Type     Full-time Educational Requirements Minimum graduate from any reputed Universities Proven track record in a sales role Substantial experience in a client service background Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Demonstrated customer service and sales skills. Ability to source new business through own initiative.
