Requirements:
| Educational Qualification: | Master Degree in any discipline with no 3rd Division/Class. |
| Salary & others: | Initial Gross Salary of Tk. 2,51,750/- plus all other permissible facilities like Car facility (under scheme), Staff House Building Loan etc as per the Bank’s Financial Inclusion policy. |
| Experience/ Requirements: | Minimum 13 years of experience of which at least 02 (two) years exposure as General Manager or equivalent Position in any FMCG Company , Mobile Network Operator or any reputed company which has country wide sales & distribution channel |
| Must have good knowledge in Distribution Channel Management, Consumer/Retail Product Market & Consumer Behavior, Brand Promotion, Human resource management and Training. | |

Requirements:

| Salary & others: | Initial Gross Salary of Tk. 37,625/- plus all other facilities like Motor Cycle (under scheme), Local Transport allowance etc as per the Bank’s Financial Inclusion policy. |
| Experience/ Requirements: | Minimum 4 years of professional experience in sales/distribution/channel in any FMCG Company , Mobile Network Operator or any reputed company which has country wide sales & distribution channel or 2 years continuous service as Upazila Manager at DBBL. |
| Age: | Age should not exceed 40 years. |

Requirements:
| Educational Qualification: | Master Degree in any discipline with no 3rd Division/Class. |
| Salary & others: | Initial Gross Salary of Tk. 27,750/- plus all other facilities like Motor Cycle (under scheme), Local Transport allowance etc as per the Bank’s Financial Inclusion policy. |
| Experience/ Requirements: | Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales/distribution/channel in any FMCG Company , Mobile Network Operator or any reputed company which has country wide sales & distribution channel or 2 years continuous service as Field Officer at DBBL. |
| Age: | Age should not exceed 3 |

| Salary & others: | Initial Gross Salary of Tk. 18,875/- plus all other facilities like Motor Cycle (under scheme), Local Transport allowance etc as per the Bank’s Financial Inclusion policy. |
| Experience/ Requirements: | Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales/distribution/channel in any FMCG Company , Mobile Network Operator or any reputed company which has country wide sales & distribution channel or 2 years continuous service as Junior Field Officer at DBBL. |
